Specializing in custom-built joinery for domestic, commercial, and shopfitting projects, we take pride in our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. Our workshop in Bathurst is where creativity meets skilled craftsmanship, as we produce all our joinery items from premium Australian materials.

Alex began his career in cabinet making in 1998 in Canberra. He completed his trade working for a commercial Joinery business and during this time he worked on many prestigious and notable projects throughout the ACT. Alex moved onto another company where he really refined his skills in custom high-end detailed joinery, CNC programming and managerial skills. After sometime ,Alex and Louise relocated back to Lithgow where Louise grew up and they established Absolute Joinery in 2011. Alex is an extremely skilled tradesperson who is highly knowledgeable in all areas of Joinery, this is reflected through the high quality workmanship that is produced by Alex and his team. He is highly sought after by many regular clients for his attention to detail, industry knowledge and exceptional joinery work.
Louise began her career in Cabinet making in 2013 when she undertook an apprenticeship with Absolute Joinery as a cabinet maker. Becoming trade qualified has allowed Louise to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas of joinery for commercial and residential projects. She regularly works on the tools, on job sites and is skilled in CNC programming and design. Louise is a passionate advocate for woman in the construction industry and loves being a lady tradie! She also loves meeting with new clients to plan their future joinery projects.
